His unique background combines decades of high-risk commercial field management with extensive service as a former State OSHA Inspector, giving him an unyielding, insider perspective on how regulatory standards are interpreted and enforced.
Orpheus is a board-certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) through the BCSP and an OSHA-Authorized Outreach Trainer for both Construction and General Industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex, zero-incident safety deployments at high-security federal military installations like Fort Detrick, as well as regional operations for prominent commercial entities.
