Website information

Privacy Notice

This notice explains how The Safety Man, LLC handles technical information from website visits and inquiries you choose to send by email.

Last updated September 2, 2026

Scope of this notice

This notice applies to the public website at thesafetymanllc.com, its email-draft form, and inquiries sent to the published company email address. It does not replace the privacy terms in a separate consulting, training, employment, or vendor agreement.

Information you enter and send

The form can place your name, organization, work email, phone number, requested service, and any optional context into an email draft on your device. The website does not submit those fields to its server or send the email. Your email application handles the draft, and nothing is sent until you select Send. Do not include medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, export-controlled information, or other sensitive personal data.

Technical information

Vercel, the hosting provider, may process ordinary request and security information when it delivers the site. This can include an IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser or user-agent information, system configuration, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, response information, errors, and security signals.

The site uses one first-party cookie only after you acknowledge the cookie notice. It remembers that choice for one year. Details are in the Cookie Notice.

What this site does not use

The Safety Man, LLC does not deploy visitor analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, social-media tracking, or personalization on this site. The website has no server-side inquiry endpoint, advertising feature, or database of assessment requests.

How information is used

  • Review, route, and respond to an assessment request.
  • Evaluate and discuss possible consulting or training services.
  • Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the site.
  • Maintain appropriate business records and resolve disputes.
  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Who receives information

The following provider processes ordinary technical information to operate the public website. The form fields are not posted to it. If you send the prepared email, your email provider and the company's email provider process the message under their own terms and privacy practices.

  • Vercel provides hosting, network delivery, request logging, and security services.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or the integrity of the site.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or provide requested services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Copies held by email providers follow the relevant account settings, contracts, and provider retention practices. The cookie-notice preference expires after one year unless you delete it sooner.

Security

Production website traffic uses HTTPS and the site sends browser security headers. Email security, delivery, and storage also depend on the providers used by the sender and recipient. No internet transmission, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with a website inquiry. Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have additional rights. The company may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies.

Children, external sites, and changes

This business website is not directed to children under 13. External sites are governed by their own privacy practices. This notice may be updated when the site, providers, or applicable requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
